The developer bought 7.81 acres on the Dwarka Expressway side of Gurugram in July 2024 for about ₹400 Cr, and plans about 3 million sq ft of construction. Homes rise G+40 above a landscaped podium, with terracotta Y-columns, palms and sheer water curtains falling into the pools.

Experion has not published one. Listings mention a 25:75 plan or a construction-linked plan. We will share the official plan as soon as it is issued.
When is possession?
Listings indicate possession around 2031. The committed date will be the one in the HARERA registration and the builder-buyer agreement.
